Loved Ones House Blend 2025

Loved Ones House Blend 2025 is a unique blend of 2 washed coffees. We use 2 parts Guatemala, Huehuetenango and 1 part Mexico, Chiapas. We get notes of milk chocolate, caramel, with a cocoa aroma and a smooth body.

We roast this blend in separate parts to a nice medium-dark roast (we aim for 14-15% weight loss). This produces a beautiful bold and rich coffee that is wonderful as espresso or other brewing methods.

We particularly like our blend as a milk coffee (espresso + your preferred amount of steamed milk) or as iced coffee (we brew a double strength batch and then dilute with just enough ice to fully melt with no large cubes left over). 

We recommend waiting 1-2 weeks from the roast date on the front of the bag before enjoying, but your palate will dictate your preferred amount of waiting.
